Durran Cage leading a workshop

In-store workshops

Two days on your floor. Then the number moves.

Everything else we do is designed to run without me. This is the one that does not. It is also the one with the biggest swing, which is why it is the first thing most stores book and the hardest thing to get on the calendar.

One calendar. Dates go roughly a quarter out.

No mystery

Here is the actual agenda.

Most consultants will not show you this before you sign. Two half-days, structured so your store never closes and no shift loses its floor. We work around your traffic, not the other way around.

Day one

Team launch and process install

The half day where everybody finds out what changes and why it is worth their time.

  • First
    The room

Full team, sales and BDC together. We put the store's real numbers on the board and talk about what they mean. Nobody gets lectured. Everybody sees the gap.

  • Then
    The process install

The daily flow, the hot lead standard, and who owns what hour. Written down, not described. Your managers leave holding it.

  • Then
    The CRM, opened up

We go into the system you already pay for and fix statuses, automations, and the reports your managers should be running. Live, with them watching.

Day two

Video setup and the nightly habit

The half day that decides whether any of day one survives the following month.

  • First
    Video, built in

Templates loaded into your CRM, scripts your reps will actually say, and everyone records their first one before we leave the room. This is the lever with the cleanest proof behind it.

  • Then
    The nightly numbers habit

We run the end-of-day review with your managers once, together, so they have done it before they have to do it alone. This is the step stores skip and then wonder why it faded.

  • Last
    The one number

Before we leave, we agree on the single metric we are both watching for the next 90 days, and who reports it.

Then weekly coaching picks it up, because a workshop nobody follows is a good two days and nothing else.

Formats

Four ways to get Durran live.

All four use the same calendar, so they compete with each other for dates. Worth knowing before you plan around one.

Biggest swing

In-Store Workshop

Two half-days on your floor with your team, as laid out above.

  • Sales and BDC together
  • Process written and installed
  • Video recorded before we leave
  • Usually pairs with monthly coaching
Remote

Virtual Workshop

The same material on camera, for groups spread across markets or stores not ready for an on-site.

  • Run in sessions, not one long day
  • Recorded for the people who miss it
  • No travel, faster to schedule
Ongoing

Live Online Coaching

Recurring calls with your managers and your floor, working your real numbers week to week.

  • Weekly or biweekly cadence
  • Recaps your managers can act on same day
  • One agreed number, tracked call to call
Stage

Events and Seminars

Group meetings, association events, and conferences. High energy, real numbers, no filler.

  • Keynote or breakout
  • Dealer groups and 20 groups
  • Built around your audience, not a stock deck

Straight talk

This is not right for every store.

We would rather tell you now than take the deposit and find out in the room.

Book it if

  • You own the decision, or you can get the person who does into the room
  • Your managers will be there both days, not just the opening
  • You are willing to change a process, not just hear about one
  • You already have a CRM and it is underused rather than absent
  • You want a number to move and you will say which one

Skip it if

  • You want a motivational day and no follow through
  • Your leadership will not be in the room
  • You are shopping purely on price per hour
  • You need the whole store fixed in one visit and nothing after
  • Nobody at the store has agreed the current process is a problem

What we need from you

Less than you think.

2 half-days

Back to back where possible. Your store stays open the whole time and we work around the shifts.

CRM access

Admin level, before we arrive, so day one is fixing it rather than requesting permissions.

Your managers

In the room, both days. This is the one thing that decides whether it holds after we leave.

One number

Pick what you want moved. If you are not sure, we will pick it together on the first call.

Dates

Find out what is still open.

Tell us the store and roughly when, and we will come back with real dates and a real number. If an in-store is not the right first move for you, we will say that too.
